God has created us as relational beings and we find fulfillment in cultivating the various relationships he provides (spouses, family members, neighbors, teammates, work colleagues, schoolmates, and friends). Paul was a friend maker and he names many friends throughout his letters who helped him in the ministry of the gospel and the church.
