Leadership matters because God’s design matters and leadership matters because people’s well-being matters. Jesus told us that true leadership is not about domineering others to get things done, but to serve others with a willingness to sacrifice for the greater good of others. He modeled this kind of leadership unlike anyone else ever could by giving “His life a ransom for many” (Matt. 20:26-28).
